6:30am start at Kits Beach, every Thursday (some sessions will be at Jericho Beach)
We will practice starts, sighting, exists, swimming with others in close contact and develop swim fitness and technique. There will be swim-bike-run transition sessions 3-4 times as well.
Your coach, Noa, is a former elite level triathlete who comes from a swimming background and has been coaching all ability levels for close to 3 decades.
